Healthy Smoothie with four easy Ingredients
Extra Healthy Smoothie, (just 4 ingredients)
Start your mornings with this really healthy and filling smoothie. It has no sugar and no fat, all it has is fruits and toned milk. ….and it was filling as well. You can add a Stevia pellet if you want but I didn’t need to.
Need yet another reason to try this, it’s ready in a jiffy.
Add in some chocolate syrup and the kids will happily finish it off.
1 small apple, roughly chopped
1 over ripe banana
1 slice of pineapple, chopped
1 cup of toned milk
In a blender, add the chopped fruits with 1/4 th cup of milk and blend till you get a smooth sludgy mixture.
Add the remaining milk and blend some more. Pour into tall glasses.
This recipe is good for two glasses of smoothie.
-Add a pellet of Stevia/Sugarfree, if you want the smoothie sweeter.
-Add some ice cubes with the blended fruits for a chilled version.
-Add a tablespoon of Chocolate syrup for a Chocolate version.
-Try out more versions with kiwis, strawberries or cherries.
