Peach Pineapple Cobbler
Peach and Pineapple Cobbler
A warm dessert in this cold winter tastes divine…and a hint of cinnamon makes it even more amazing.
Let’s make this easy dessert with a few ingredients, it’s great to make for dinners and parties, just keep everything ready and bake before the party starts, it will be warm by the time you serve it. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
This recipe requires only a few basic ingredients, milk, all purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, butter and tinned fruits. I used Delmonte’s Peach halves and Pineapple tidbits.
Bake for 45 minutes and it’s ready.😊😊
50 gms butter, divided in two parts
6-7 peach halves
1/2 cup Pineapple pieces
1 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup fine sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp cinnamon, optional
Pre heat oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
In a large Borosil bowl or any oven friendly bowl, put half of the butter.
Put it in the oven to melt.
Once the butter melts, spread the peaches and pineapple pieces over it.
In another bowl, mix the rest of the ingredients, including the half butter which is left, with a whisk till everything combines.
Pour over the fruits.
Bake for 45 minutes till the top gets a nice brown colour.
Cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Serve warm with whipped cream or ice cream.
